The Milledgeville Rotary Clubs were proud to take part in the Back-to-School Bash at Baldwin High School, and it was a joyful, high-impact day of service!

🎉 More than 800 FREE books were distributed to children in our community—each one a new adventure waiting to be read. It’s just one way we’re helping promote literacy and a love of learning right here in Baldwin County.

🍦And what’s a summer celebration without a sweet treat? Rotary donated FREE ice cream to cool things off and bring big smiles to the kids (and a few grown-ups too!).

From handing out books and scooping cones to simply sharing laughter and encouragement, this project was a shining example of Service Above Self. It was heartwarming to see Rotarians and volunteers working side-by-side to support local families as they prepare for the school year ahead.

🙏 A huge THANK YOU to all the volunteers who gave their time and energy to make this event such a success. You made a real difference, and our community felt the love!
